What isn't included?
Your ad spend, which you pay directly to Meta and Google, and your Shopify plan, which you pay to Shopify. We'll help you set a sensible starting ad budget on the chat.
Do I need to have products already?
You need to know what you want to sell. If you're still deciding, the free chat is a good place to talk it through.
What's AEO?
Answer Engine Optimisation. It's making your site easy for AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to read, so they can recommend your store when someone asks where to buy what you sell.
Who is Kerry?
Kerry Delaney is the founder of Small Business Mentoring, a registered New Zealand charity (CC64867) based in Whanganui. He's a business and financial mentor and a bookkeeper.
Do I have to be in Whanganui?
No. The mentoring sessions and the build both work online, anywhere in New Zealand.
What happens after the first month?
Your store and everything we set up are yours. If you'd like us to keep running your ads or your SEO and AEO, we'll quote you a monthly rate. There's no lock-in.
