What we collect

We collect only what we need to run our business and provide our services.

When you visit the website: standard server logs (your IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, timestamp). We use these for security and to understand site traffic.

When you fill in a form or join an email list: your name, email address, mobile number (if you provided it), and any answers you gave in a quiz or assessment. We keep this so we can email or message you with the information you asked for.

When you become a client: business details necessary to deliver our services (business name, ABN, contact information, marketing access tokens you grant us).

Our internal tools: we operate internal automation tools (including a social media scheduler) that connect to platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads using OAuth tokens we have granted ourselves. These tools store the access tokens we use to publish on our own accounts. No client or third-party user data passes through these tools.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries and deliver the services you asked for.
To send you the emails, SMS messages, or reports you opted in to receive.
To operate, analyse, and improve our website and services.
To meet legal obligations under Australian law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it goes

Some data is held by service providers who help us operate. These include:

Resend (email delivery)
Twilio (SMS delivery)
LinkedIn, Meta (when we publish to our own social accounts)
Cloudflare (DNS, security, content delivery)
Tailscale (private network for our infrastructure)

Each of these has their own privacy policy and security controls.

How long we keep it

Server logs: approximately 30 days, then rotated and deleted.
Contact form / email list data: until you unsubscribe, then up to 12 months for our records, then deleted.
Client business data: for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (Australian record-keeping requirements).

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
Correct anything that's wrong.
Delete your information (subject to any record-keeping obligations we have under Australian law).
Opt out of marketing communications at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link).
